Kris Buche

Kris Buche has over a decade of experience in sales operations and business management. From 2010 to 2011, Buche worked as a District Manager at Kiddie Kandids, a part of CPI Corp. In this role, Buche managed all aspects of business in a tri-state territory, recruited and trained staff, and coached performance. Buche was able to elevate the district from the worst performing in the region to one of the top three. From 2011 to 2015, Buche worked as an Inside Sales Manager at Imation, where they provided strong leadership and support to an inside sales team. Kris was consistently one of the top three inside sales producers in the country. From 2015 to 2019, Buche worked as the Director of Sales Operations and Inside Sales at Nexsan. In this role, Buche collaborated with the field sales team, facilitated product discounts, and led sales pipeline reviews. In 2019, Buche began working as the Director of Sales Operations at Fortem Technologies, where they currently work. In 2022, Buche will begin working as the Director of Business Operations at Fortem Technologies, and as the Director of Sales Operations at MHC Software. At MHC, Buche will be responsible for automating the creation, capture, and distribution of documents and communications across core business processes.

Kris Buche has attended Century College and graduated from the Minnesota High Tech Association's ACE Leadership Program.
