William Dowling

William Dowling has an extensive background in the U.S. Army, serving in various leadership positions from Battalion Commander to Chief of Operations. With experience in Integrated Air and Missile Defense and Ballistic Missile Defense, William's expertise lies in planning, executing, and reporting on operational tests and assessments for critical defense systems. William currently holds the title of Vice President of Business Development at Fortem Technologies. William is a graduate of the United States Army War College, Naval Postgraduate School, and Eastern New Mexico University.
