Akash Ranka

Akash Ranka is an experienced sales leader and private investor with a focus on growth technology. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for Southeast Asia and India at Forter since June 2025, Akash has a strong background in strategic enterprise sales and go-to-market strategy from previous roles at Airwallex, where leadership in key account sales contributed to the company's expansion in the APAC region. Akash's career spans significant positions at Boston Consulting Group, Citi, Barclays Investment Bank, and Apple Inc., alongside experience at Start-Up@Singapore, a leading entrepreneurship hub. Akash holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore. Additionally, as a private investor since May 2021, Akash has engaged with notable startups, including Firefly, Kyte, and SpaceX.
