Ghislaine Sefrioui has extensive experience in product development and management. Currently, they are the Director of Product at Forter, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Ghislaine worked at American Express for a significant period of time, holding various roles. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the Director of Product Development, overseeing global installments lending, plan it, and buy now pay later products, as well as flexible payment options on card lending. Previous to this role, from 2013 to 2016, they were a Sr. Product Manager for Mobile Commerce, responsible for multi-market strategies for mobile payment and digital commerce development. Additionally, from 2011 to 2013, Ghislaine served as a Sr. Product Manager for Global Digital Communications Capabilities, overseeing global initiatives and driving operational efficiency. Ghislaine also held the position of Sr. Product Manager for Global Electronic Payment Capabilities from 2006 to 2011, leading the execution of the global card remittance strategy and development of payment capabilities in different markets. Prior to their roles in product management at American Express, Ghislaine worked as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst in Interactive Technologies from 2004 to 2006. Before joining American Express, they worked as a Sr. Business Analyst for Strategic Initiatives at President's Choice Financial from 2003 to 2004. Ghislaine started their career as a Sr. Business Analyst at Finaventures, a venture capital fund, from 2001 to 2003, where they focused on business case analysis and market research. Ghislaine also worked as an Account Manager for B2B Solutions at Sprint in 1998 and as an Assistant to the VP of Global Investments at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter from 1996 to 1998.

Ghislaine Sefrioui pursued their education in a diligent manner. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Pepperdine University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance. Building on their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the University of California, Los Angeles in 1999 and completed their studies in 2000. During this time, they obtained a degree in C.Engineering, specializing in Information Technology with a focus on Applications Programming.
