Harel Avissar serves as the Director of Product Management at JFrog since February 2023. Prior to this role, Harel held significant positions within the Israel Defense Forces, including Research and Development Branch Leader, overseeing approximately 150 R&D specialists and 30 commanders in the School for Cyber of the Intelligence Technological Unit from September 2016 to January 2023. Additionally, Harel served as Group Lead in two separate tenures and as Team Lead/Security Specialist from November 2006 to December 2008. Harel holds an IMBA in Entrepreneurship from IE Business School, a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from The Open University of Israel.
