Jeremy Chua 蔡弘翔 is an accomplished professional in customer engagement and success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Engagement at Forter since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jeremy held multiple executive positions at Sprinklr from December 2019 to April 2025, including VP of Customer Success, Services, and Support for Global Enterprise, where initiatives significantly improved customer satisfaction and retention in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. Jeremy's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Nanigans, where as VP of Customer Success, a strong focus on client retention and growth was maintained across the Asia Pacific, and positions at Apple, where substantial contributions were made to fraud prevention and operational efficiency. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
