Jarrod Harper, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Fortera Credit Union since July 2018, Jarrod previously held positions such as HR Generalist and Assistant Human Resource Manager at Grupo Antolin. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resource Area Coordinator at Bridgestone Metalpha, where responsibilities encompassed HR functions, dispute resolution, and hiring processes. Additionally, Jarrod worked as a Senior Human Resource Representative at Danfoss and held roles in quality control and production at Danfoss Scroll Technologies and Scroll Technologies. Jarrod holds an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Management from Harding University and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Communications from Henderson State University.

Credit Union membership is available to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in one of our service regions; by joining an affiliated partner; or if one of your immediate family members is a Fortera member. Our service regions include Montgomery, Stewart, Chester, Decatur, Lewis, McNairy, and Perry counties in Tennessee or Christian, Trigg, Todd, McLean, and Webster counties in Kentucky.
