Jesus Gonzalez Pequeño has extensive experience in the field of concrete technology and quality control. Jesus started their career as an Engineer in Concrete Technology at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in 2016, where they focused on customer service, project management, and technical testing of concrete materials. Jesus also gained experience in managing personnel and providing strategic guidance.

Throughout their career, Jesus has worked in various roles related to quality control and optimization of concrete mixtures. Jesus has worked as an Advisor and Quality Consultant at Matra Concretos and Magno Concretos, where they were responsible for statistical control of concrete quality, design and optimization of concrete mixtures, and providing technical training to the staff.
