Christophe Martinoni began their career in 2008 as a Stage Ouvrier at ArcelorMittal. In 2010, they completed a Stage Assistant - Ingénieur at CATSLAND FURNITURE. In 2011, they held a Projet de fin d’étude - Bureau des méthodes at Safran, as well as Directeur de Projet, Consultant Avant Vente, and Consultant - Chef de Projet roles at Sylob. In 2022, they became the Directeur Product Management Western Europe and Western Europe Presales Manager at Forterro. In their role as Western Europe Presales Manager, they managed, coached, and animated the Pre-Sales/Avant-vente team located in France and Switzerland, with a focus on developing the team's skills and accompanying the consultants in providing industrial value during the different stages of the sales cycle.

Christophe Martinoni began their educational journey in 2006, when they obtained their Baccalauréat from Lycée Louis de Cormontaigne in Metz, France, in the field of Scientific studies. Christophe then went on to attend the same school for CPGE (Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles) in the field of Physique Technologie (PT) from 2006 to 2008. Finally, they attended Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained an Ingénieur degree in Génie Mécanique, Génie Industrielle, and Qualité et Maintenance des Systèmes Industriels.
