Elias Selby

Elias Selby currently serves as the Vehicle Programme Lead at Volta Trucks, providing leadership for the Vehicle Programmes Management team since November 2021 and also acting as the Project Lead for the Volta vehicle programme. Prior to this, Elias held the position of Project Lead at McLaren Automotive Ltd, overseeing programme management and product delivery across various vehicle lines. Previous experience includes serving as SVO Programme Lead for the Range Rover at Jaguar Land Rover, where responsibility encompassed leading the definition, delivery, and launch of the Range Rover SV Programme for five consecutive model years. As SVO Pre-Programme Coordinator, Elias coordinated lifecycle planning in collaboration with product marketing and strategy. Additional roles include Powertrain and Electrical PDM Coordinator at McLaren Technology Group, and a sales position at Fraser Hart. Educational qualifications include a First Class BEng Hons in Motorsport Engineering from Kingston University, HND in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University & Brooklands College, and various qualifications in Marketing, Sound Engineering, and Music Technology.
