Jessica McLagan

Jessica McLagan currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer Energy at Fortescue, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Chief of Staff to the CEO at both Tattarang and the Minderoo Foundation from October 2023 to March 2025. Jessica also has extensive experience on the board of Alinea (Inc) and as Managing Director at Trisight Consulting and Tokay Retail Holdings. Jessica's earlier career includes roles as a Director at Shanklin Limited, Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Mechanical Engineer at Momentum Engineering, and Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Chevron. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honours from The University of Western Australia.
