Michael Dolan

Michael Dolan has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. Michael currently serves as the Director of Research Development at Fortescue Future Industries since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Hydrogen Innovation and Development Lead at Fortescue Metals Group from January 2019 to April 2020. Michael also has experience working at CSIRO as a Principal Research Scientist and Team Leader from September 2004 to November 2018. Michael started their career as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Alfred University from October 2001 to July 2004.

Michael Dolan completed their education as follows:

- From 1997 to 2001, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Metallurgy at La Trobe University.

- From 2014 to 2017, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Chifley Business.

- From 1993 to 1996, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours 1) in Chemistry from La Trobe University.
