Whelan Naidoo

Whelan Naidoo is an accomplished Water Resources Manager with extensive experience in civil and water engineering. Currently at Fortescue since June 2021, Whelan has progressed through roles such as Lead Water Resources Engineer and Senior Civil Engineer, demonstrating expertise in water management and tailings storage facility design. Prior experience at Klohn Crippen Berger involved on-site commissioning support, dam break analyses, and TSF design, while roles at SRK Consulting included project management and environmental engineering across multiple locations. Whelan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Honours in Water Resources Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
