Katherine Graham has had a long and varied career in the financial sector. Katherine began their career at NatWest, before moving to Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where they spent five years as Head of Specialist Projects. In this role, they were responsible for managing all of the people-related change within the bank, including delivering changes that impacted 74,000 employees in multiple countries. Katherine also sat on the committee steering the bank's approach to managing internal service provision and led all activity across the HR function.
More recently, Katherine has been a Non-Executive Member at Forth Valley College, where they are responsible for compliance with the Conduct Rules set out in the FCA Handbook. In this role, they have designed and delivered training to a global audience of 60,000 staff, as well as overseeing changes to bank systems and policy changes.
Katherine Graham has a MSc in the Management of Training and Development from Edinburgh University, a MA in Management with Human Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University, and is certified from Acas as an ACAS accredited workplace mediator, from the Association for Project Management as an Agile DSDM Practitioner and APMP, from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master, from the CIPD as a Chartered Fellowship of the CIPD, and from The Knowledge Academy as a Prince 2 Practitioner.
