Allan Lau

Allan Lau, CPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent operations and HR management. Currently serving as Director of Talent Operations at Fortinet since October 2017, Allan leads a team responsible for various HR functions, including benefits, immigration, policy development, and employee experience. Prior to Fortinet, Allan held HR roles at FINCAD, Robert Half Technology, 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, Appnovation Technologies, Radiant Communications, Canadian Autoparts Toyota Inc, and Citigroup Private Bank, contributing to recruitment, performance management, policy development, and HR strategy. Allan holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
