Audrey Todd Heilprin

Audrey Todd Heilprin, CIPP/E, NSE 3, currently serves as Senior Counsel for Legal and Compliance at Fortinet since October 2022. Audrey holds a Juris Doctor in Comparative and International Law from The Catholic University of America and a BA in German and Business Administration from The George Washington University. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Counsel at VMware, where strategic negotiation support was provided for transactional matters, and as Practice Group Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, offering transactional support for a Fortune 100 technology company. Audrey has also worked as a Foreign Language Project Attorney in various legal firms, focusing on complex e-discovery projects. Notable achievements include IAPP CIPP/E certification and graduation from the ACC NCR Leadership Academy Fellows Class of 2023.
