Irene Yang

Irene Yang, CPA, currently serves as the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Fortinet, a position held since October 2019, following a promotion from Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Symantec and LyondellBasell, focusing on technical accounting and external reporting. Irene began professional career at Deloitte & Touche LLP as an External Audit Senior Assistant and has also worked as an auditor in various firms. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
