Pascale Padiou

Pascale Padiou currently serves as the Sr. HR Director for EMEA at Fortinet, a position held since March 2014. Prior to this, Pascale was the HR Director for International at Mindspeed Technologies, overseeing HR functions across multiple countries including France, the UK, and China. With experience as an HR Business Partner at Sun Microsystems France, responsibilities included employee development, performance management, and global HR programs. Additional roles include HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager in France, and Compensation & Benefits Manager for Europe at Thomson Multimedia. Early career experience includes consulting on compensation surveys at Hay Group. Pascale holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Audencia and has further educational experience from The Ohio State University.
