Susana Malavasi

Susana Malavasi has over a decade of experience in training operations and administrative roles, currently serving as Manager for the EMEA region at Fortinet's NSE Institute since September 2018. In this capacity, Susana creates and manages the training schedule, coordinates instructor engagements, and oversees various logistical elements for both public and private training sessions. Previous roles include Facilities Assistant at BOVIS FACILITIES, Reception Manager, and positions in e-commerce consulting and exports management. Susana holds degrees in Accounting and International Commerce from Universidad Metropolitana Castro Carazo and Universidad Central de Costa Rica, respectively, and has foundational education from the Ministerio de Educación Pública in Costa Rica.
