Amir Vahid

Amir Vahid is a seasoned technology leader and data science expert, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Fortiro Pty Ltd since January 2022. As the Founder of Estate Insight, Amir focuses on enhancing efficiency in the real estate sector through advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making. Prior experience includes leading technology initiatives at PwC Australia, where Amir served as CTO of PwC's Protect and a Senior Manager in Analytics and Software Engineering, developing sophisticated fraud detection platforms and machine learning solutions. Amir also held a Research Fellow position at the University of Melbourne, focusing on big data, machine learning, and IoT, and has experience in software engineering and data science roles across various organizations, including Nexright and Dapa. Amir holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne and advanced degrees in Computer Science and Information Security.
