Josh Kochen

Josh Kochen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Partner at Imperial Capital Limited since July 2017, a firm managing approximately US$3.6 billion in capital, Josh also holds board member positions at Fortis Fire & Safety, a Chicago-based fire protection service company, and GO Car Wash, a multi-regional car wash company headquartered in Denver. Prior to these roles, Josh worked at Alignvest Management Corporation as an Associate and had significant experience at RBC Capital Markets, where involvement included positions as an Associate and Analyst in Investment Banking, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions. Educational credentials include a HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and coursework at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, along with studies at the University of Guelph.
