Previously, Marc held the CFO position at MDC Interior Solutions from August 2022 to August 2024, where significant transactions included the sale of the company to Norwest Equity Partners and the acquisition of Roll-A-Shade. Marc's experience also includes roles as CFO and Interim CEO at SettlementOne, where key acquisitions were made, and as SVP at InnerWorkings, contributing to a major sale to HH Global. Other noteworthy positions include CEO of Madden Communications and CFO at Universal Gaming Group, leading its sale to Housatonic Partners. Marc holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Bradley University.
