Brandon Dietz is an experienced professional in the game development and consulting industries, currently serving as the Director of Game Dev Operations at Fortis Games since April 2024. Brandon's consultancy, Brandon Dietz Product and Development Consulting, has been active since October 2018, providing valuable insights in productivity, analytics, monetization, and strategy for startups and early-stage companies.
