Scott Lee

Scott Lee has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Scott currently holds the position of SVP, People at Fortis Games. Prior to that, they worked at Asana, where they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Head of Talent Acquisition Operations and Technical Recruiting, and Head of Technical Recruiting. Before Asana, they held roles at Uber as the Head of Engineering Sourcing, Recruiting Manager, and Senior Technical Recruiter. Scott also gained experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter at KIXEYE. Additionally, they co-founded Smilu, Inc., a technology startup where they served as the CEO and successfully raised $250,000 in angel funding. At Riot Games, they worked as a Recruitment Manager, and earlier in their career, they held the position of Division Director at Management Recruiters of Los Angeles.

Scott Lee received their Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles, where they attended from 2001 to 2005.
