Previously, Lisa spent over a decade at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where roles included Senior Product/Business Development Manager and Product Manager, focusing on Cellular and Protein analysis tools for various global markets. Prior experience includes product management in fluorescent detection technology at Life Technologies and technical support scientist roles. Lisa's research background encompasses postdoctoral positions at the University of Oregon and the Scottish Crop Research Institute, following a PhD in Plant Molecular Virology from the University of Dundee and a BSc Hons in Biotechnology from Abertay University.
