Nicolina L. is an experienced professional in the field of biochemistry and biophysics, currently serving as Senior Manager of Technology Transfer at Fortis Life Sciences since April 2020, after progressing through several technical transfer roles. Nicolina leads a team focused on the verification stage of new product transfers, ensuring adherence to quality and product development standards for medical device documentation. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Van Andel Institute, focusing on ion channel characterization, and extensive research during a PhD program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, culminating in studies on neurodegenerative disease-related proteins.
