Cody Grismer

Cody Grismer is an experienced Superintendent in construction and development, currently with Fortis Mining Engineering & Manufacturing since September 2021. Previously, Cody served as a Supervisor for Capital Projects at Nutrien Vanscoy potash mine and worked as a Miner/Raise Bore Operator at Thyssen Mining. With a background that includes roles such as Production/Inflow Supervisor at Thoar Mining and Tunnel Foreman at Peace River Hydro Partners, Cody has a strong foundation in project coordination and underground construction. Additional expertise includes a role as Special Project Coordinator at DMC Mining Services and experience as a Miner/Supervisor at PotashCorp, with a valid blasting ticket and participation in the Mine Rescue team. Cody's career began as a Raise Bore Operator at Thyssen Mining. Educational credentials include a Mining certificate from Saskatchewan Polytechnic and a reconciliation certificate from the First Nations University of Canada.
