Laura Seiler Hildreth began their work experience in 2010 at Goldman Sachs, where they initially served as an Associate in Talent Acquisition. Laura later transitioned into the role of Vice President, acting as an HR Business Partner. In 2017, they joined Fortis Private Bank as a Senior Manager, focusing on HR Business partnering. Laura subsequently advanced to the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources.
Laura Seiler Hildreth completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, German, and Business at Villanova University from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they also studied German History and Literature at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Additionally, in December 2021, Laura obtained a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from HRTrainingClasses.com®.
