Andy Wilcock

Andy Wilcock is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in management and lean practices. As of February 2024, Wilcock serves as Plant Manager at Fortis Solutions Group. Previously, Wilcock held the position of General Manager at Bizerba Label Solution West from December 2021 to April 2024, and prior to that, served as Plant Manager and Lean Deployment Engineer at Cascade Windows from January 2017 to December 2021. Wilcock has also worked at WS Packaging Group as Value Stream Manager, and spent over two decades at Vertis Communications in various roles including Lean & Continuous Improvement Manager and Manufacturing Supervisor, focusing on waste reduction and process improvements using lean six sigma methodologies. Educational background includes attendance at Middlesex High School.
