Ray Lavare

Ray LaVare has over two decades of experience in manufacturing and management, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing for the East at Fortis Solutions Group since June 2015. In this role, Ray has held various positions including General Manager for multiple regions (GA/MO/NC/VA, GA/NC/VA, GA/VA) and Plant Manager. Prior to joining Fortis Solutions Group, Ray was the Plant Manager at Chaucer Press, Inc. from May 2001 to June 2015, where significant leadership and operational expertise was developed.
