Sue Boyd

Sue Boyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT project management and operations within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Leader at FortisAlberta since January 2023, Sue is responsible for the AMI IT Program, managing a $20M portfolio to support the replacement of electricity meters and integration with SAP. Previous roles include Project Manager and Change Management Lead at ENMAX, where Sue managed various projects including the AMI Pilot Project, GIS data governance initiatives, and a multi-year system transformation project. Sue also has a background in revenue cycle management, having managed significant customer invoicing processes at both ENMAX and Allstream. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from McGill University.
