Yvonne Uttley

Yvonne Uttley has extensive experience in IT client services, currently serving as the Manager of IT Client Services at FortisAlberta since March 2006, following a role as Supervisor of the IT Client Services team, which includes the IT Service Desk and Deskside Services. Prior experience includes working as a Service Desk Analyst at CompuCom, where responsibilities involved supporting the outsourced service desk for FortisAlberta, and as a Network Administrator at Saville Systems, managing Novell Network Administration for approximately 1200 users and implementing Remedy. Yvonne Uttley has a degree in Network Administration from Strathcona Career Training Institute, obtained in 1994.
