Anjuman Shahriar

Anjuman Shahriar, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional specializing in transmission lines, currently serving as Engineering Supervisor at FortisBC since September 2012. Previous roles at FortisBC include Senior Engineer and Civil Engineer for Transmission. Anjuman's academic background includes a PhD in Civil Engineering from Western University and an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Additionally, Anjuman has contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer at Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology and has conducted postdoctoral research at The University of British Columbia, focusing on oil and gas pipeline integrity, risk assessment, asset management, and greenhouse gas footprints of various energy sources.
