Tara Murphy

Tara Murphy has extensive experience in financial and operational roles within the accounting sector, currently serving as Fleet Sustainability Supervisor at FortisBC since November 2016, after holding positions such as Operations Financial Analyst and Asset Accounting Analyst 2. Prior to this, Tara worked as an Accountant at Cobra Electric (South Coast) Ltd from July 2014 to November 2016 and as Assistant Controller at The Timken Company from October 2010 to July 2014, where the acquisition of QM Bearings occurred. Tara began the professional journey at QM Bearings & Power Transmissions Ltd. as Assistant Controller from May 2004 to October 2010. Tara holds a Business Management Accounting Diploma from the College of the North Atlantic, earned between 1997 and 2000.
