Beth Eschenauer

Beth Eschenauer has a wealth of experience in finance and risk management. Beth currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President of Finance Transformation at Fortitude Re since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kemper Insurance as an Assistant Vice President of Finance from September 2019 to December 2021, where they led various strategic initiatives and oversaw employee development in internal audit. Before that, Beth held the role of Senior Portfolio Transformation Manager at Kemper Insurance from February 2018 to September 2019, where they managed project portfolios and oversaw the governance of the BT team. Earlier in their career, they worked at Allstate as a Director of Accounting from August 2011 to November 2017 and as a Finance Director from July 2011 to November 2016. Beth also served as a Risk Director at The PrivateBank from June 2008 to July 2011 and as a Finance Director at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from June 1998 to June 2008. Beth's career began at First of America Bank, where they worked as a Financial Analyst from 1990 to 1998.

Beth Eschenauer has obtained an MBA in Finance from Western Michigan University. Beth also holds various certifications in project management, including "Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)" from LinkedIn, obtained in February 2022, as well as certifications in managing project stakeholders, Microsoft Project tips, project risk management, data-driven project management, project budgets, project communication, project ethics, project requirements, project schedules, and project teams, all obtained in January 2022 from LinkedIn.
