Duane Harper

Duane Harper is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, and audit management. Currently serving as the AVP of Technology Risk at Fortitude Re since March 2022, Duane is instrumental in assessing, monitoring, and reporting on IT operational risks and cybersecurity incidents. Previously, Duane held roles as AVP of IT Controls at Fortitude Re, IT Audit Manager at MetaBank, and Senior Manager in Cyber Security Risk & Compliance at Deloitte. Duane has a strong background in building internal audit teams focused on cybersecurity, developing control systems, and facilitating compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX and SOC. Duane holds an MBA in Business Administration from Cumberland University and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University.
