Sheetal Sudigala

Sheetal Sudigala is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the VP of Finance Business Partner at Fortitude Re since April 2025, Sheetal previously held the position of Head of Capital Management in the FP&A Treasury department at MassMutual from July 2021 to May 2024. Prior experience includes a Vice President role in Financial Planning & Analysis at Prudential Financial, where knowledge of JGAAP/USGAAP projections and corporate training was demonstrated. Additionally, Sheetal contributed significantly as Director of Treasurers for both International Insurance and Capital Management divisions at Prudential, overseeing capital management support and leading a transformative project for risk-sensitive capital assessment. Earlier career experience includes a Project Coordinator role at RadPharm Princeton Radiology, focusing on cancer clinical research. Sheetal holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
