Sheetal Sudigala

Sheetal Sudigala, CFA, serves as the Vice President of Finance Business Partner at Fortitude Re since April 2025, bringing extensive financial expertise from prior roles. At MassMutual, Sheetal held the position of Head of Capital Management within FP&A Treasury from July 2021 to May 2024. Sheetal’s previous tenure at Prudential Financial spanned over 13 years, marked by various leadership roles, including Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Director of Capital Management, where contributions included streamlining capital management processes and enhancing corporate frameworks. An early career at RadPharm involved coordinating cancer clinical research. Sheetal holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
