Walt Czerminski

Walt Czerminski is an experienced executive in the fields of information security and technology, currently serving as a Partner at Fortium Partners since June 2021. Czerminski held the position of Interim CEO at Cytellix® from 2022 to 2023. Previously, Czerminski served as Global Chief Information Security Officer at State Street from January 2020 to April 2021 and as Enterprise Chief Information Security Officer at Brown Brothers Harriman from January 2015 to February 2019. Prior roles include serving as an Investor/Advisor at Private Capital from 2010 to 2015 and as Director/CIO/CTO/Head of Information Systems and Technology at Brandes Investment Partners from 1998 to 2010. Czerminski began the professional career as a Management Consultant with an Independent Executive Consultant from 1994 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Southern Connecticut State University, completed course work for a Master of Science in Operations Research, and continuing education in Negotiation for Executives at Harvard School of Management.
