Bhavini Patel is a seasoned medical secretary with extensive experience in healthcare administration. Currently serving at Fortius Clinic since February 2020, Bhavini previously held roles as an MDT-Coordinator and Medical Secretary at Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust from August 2016 to January 2020, and as a Personal Assistant at the Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth between November 2014 and December 2015. Bhavini's career began as a Patient Care Coordinator at The British Hernia Centre from January 2000 to November 2014, where responsibilities included managing patient communications, coordinating appointments, and supporting clinical staff. Bhavini is skilled in diary management, patient intake assessments, medical correspondence, and liaising with various hospital departments to ensure seamless patient experiences.
