Brett Pardikes

Brett Pardikes has over 18 years of experience in the engineering and operations industry. Brett began their career in 2003 as the Director of Business Development at Rapport Technologies. In 2004, they joined CameraBright, Inc. as the Engineering and Operations Manager, where they introduced the world's first lighting accessory product line dedicated to the consumer camera/camcorder industry and developed relationships with multiple overseas contract manufacturers. From 2006 to 2010, they held various roles at AeroGrow International, Sielo, Inc., and Terralux. At Terralux, they were the Mechanical Engineering Manager, Lead Production Engineer, and Project Manager. In 2010, they joined Versacart Systems, Inc. as the Manager of Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality. In 2019, they joined Prima-Temp as the Director of Operations, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and QA - Project Manager. Brett currently works at Fortius Metals Inc. as the Director of Operations.

Brett Pardikes attended Colorado State University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
