Heather Kuhar, CSCP

Heather Kuhar, CSCP has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Their most recent role was as the Fractional Chief of Staff at Fortius Metals Inc, where they started in June 2023. Prior to that, Heather held the position of Chief Operations Officer at True Alignment and Founder of Kuhar Solutions, both in 2023. Heather also served as the VP of Operations Systems and later as VP of Operations at Redwire Space from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Redwire Space, Heather worked at Roccor, LLC as the Vice President Operations and previously as the Chief Operations Officer from 2018 to 2021. Heather also held various roles at Honeybee Robotics, including Director of Operations, Supply Chain Manager, and Production Manager from 2016 to 2018. Heather's work experience also includes the role of Materials Manager at Research Electro-Optics from 2012 to 2016, and Materials Manager at GE Energy (PrimeStar Solar) from 2009 to 2012. Heather started their career at Delphi Medical Systems as the Materials Manager - New Product Introduction from 2004 to 2009 and began their professional journey as a Senior Buyer at Starsys Research in 2002, eventually being promoted to Inventory Planning Manager in 2003.

Heather Kuhar, CSCP obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Education from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. In May 2016, Heather earned the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS.
