Avra Banerjee

Avra Banerjee is the Head of AI Transformation for the Facility and Asset Lifecycle Group at Fortive, a role assumed in April 2025, where responsibility includes developing a comprehensive AI transformation strategy across multiple Fortive companies. Prior to this position, Avra served as VP of Technology at LPL Financial from February 2016 to April 2025, leading various initiatives including the transformation of real-time trading platforms, digital operations, and customer care, achieving substantial performance and efficiency improvements. Avra's career also includes significant roles at Wells Fargo Advisors and IBM, focusing on solution architecture and implementation in diverse technological environments. Avra holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Calcutta.
