Cailin Wertish

Cailin Wertish serves as the Sr. Director of Talent Planning at Fortive since August 2021, bringing extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness from a 15-year tenure at Target. At Target, Cailin led initiatives to enhance talent practices for over 400,000 global team members, held the position of Director of Talent Management, and spearheaded learning and development strategies as Director of Headquarters Learning & Development. Cailin also played a pivotal role in supporting the technology organization during its transition to Agile delivery, among various HR and benefits functions. Cailin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Westmont College, completed in 2006.
