Jared Oren

Jared Oren has extensive experience in human resources and executive talent acquisition, currently serving as the GMDP Program Lead at Fortive since January 2020, where leadership of the General Manager Development Program was assumed alongside an HRBP role. Previously, Jared held the position of Director, Human Resources Business Partner after over three years as Director of Executive Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes roles at Lingua Franca Search as Vice President and at Heidrick & Struggles as Principal, managing executive searches and client relationships. Earlier career stages involved consultancy in change management at Accenture and legislative analysis for organizations like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Peyser Associates. Jared holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
