Perebotie Amughan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Accounting Officer and VP of Internal Audit at Fortive, starting in September 2023. Previously, Amughan worked as an Executive Technical Recruiting Coordinator at TikTok, where responsibilities included optimizing recruitment processes and mentoring new recruiting coordinators. Experience at Amazon as a Senior Human Resource Partner involved supporting a large workforce, managing employee investigations, and enhancing workplace culture.
