Shaena Eller, MBA, possesses extensive experience in talent management, engagement, and human resources. Currently, Shaena serves as the Director of Talent Management and Engagement at FORTNA, following roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Account Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Supply Chain Analyst at Tractor Supply Company and a Group Leader at Target. Shaena earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Bethel University, College of Professional Studies, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Valdosta State University.
