Tim Kaelin

Tim Kaelin is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering and project management, currently serving as Manager of Engineering and Purchasing at FORTNA since June 2021. In this role, Tim built and leads the mechanical engineering and purchasing departments within the Lifecycle Performance Services division, with a focus on client success and leadership. Prior to FORTNA, Tim held various positions at Material Handling Systems, Inc., including Mechanical Engineering Supervisor, Project Engineer, and Mechanical Designer II, where Tim developed automated solutions, managed projects, and collaborated with clients to meet specific needs. Tim's career began at Ross Enterprises, where Tim contributed to mechanical designs for material handling equipment, gaining fundamental engineering skills. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Southeast and an Associate in Arts in Business from Jefferson Community College, Kentucky.
