Jörn Diekmann

Jörn Diekmann currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Forto since September 2022. In addition, Jörn Diekmann operates as an Independent Compensation & Benefits Manager and Advisor from January 2020, providing external advisory services to European portfolio companies of a US-based Venture Capital firm. Jörn Diekmann holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Kiel and has supplemented education through an ERASMUS program at Mälardalen University.
