Nirali Shah is an accomplished professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in designing and implementing training initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Expert Lead Learning & Performance at Forto since July 2021, Nirali has previously held multiple managerial roles, including Senior Manager and Manager of Learning and Development.
