Paul Sturm

Paul Sturm currently serves as the Global Lead at Forto since September 2022 and also lectures on Business Planning and Venture Capital at the International School of Management in Germany. With prior experience at Axel Springer SE in Strategic Investments and Portfolio Management, as well as at PwC in Operational M&A, Paul has a strong background in growth strategies and value creation processes. Early career roles include positions at Homeday GmbH in Strategy and Business Development, and at LBBW Landesbank Baden-Württemberg in Investment Banking. Paul holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in International Management from Esade and an MSc in Behavioral Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by a BSc in Economics from the University of Cologne.
